"I have had my home and auto insurance with State Farm since 1979. Initially my agent was in Greensboro. After moving to Charlotte I keep it there due to my long relationship. I finally thought a local agent would be more convenient. I contacted Brad's office and was so warmly received that I requested to transfer my policy. Each contact with this office has more than met my expectation for professional, efficient yet personable responses. I enjoy going into the office to pay my premium since I try not to rely on the postal system. I recommend this location to handle your insurance needs for service you can trust."

"Very bad experience had insurance with this agent for 5 years. I had my Business ,Home owner,Life Auto As of January 28 I have canceled everything with this particular agent. According to him the last 2 years of his life has been a challenge to the point his business suffered good luck talking to him or you may get a call back within a 2 week period unless you threaten to cancel your policy."

"Hi Bobby, verbally berating me & my team is not something that I will let happen without defending ourselves, especially knowing the level of effort my staff & I have personally invested over the years throughout your multiple claims with our office. In fact, you were quite clear with how pleased you were that we went above & beyond to take care of you. To publicly allege that my wife & my struggle with infertility somehow affected the level of care we provided you is hurtful at best, and patently false. I'm not sure what has caused this sudden shift in your attitude, but I hope that you are able to overcome, and we wish you the best moving forward. Thank you for being a customer of my office. "
